Thank you for choosing Revo Sports to celebrate your special occasion. Our goal is to make this easy and fun for all.
Before your party~ A $100 deposit is required to hold your party date and time. Deposits are non-refundable however if you would need to cancel you can use your deposit towards another party date or one of our camps within a year. Also, please check in a day before your event to discuss any last minute details. Call or text 210-827-7002. We want to make sure we have all the details needed to make sure your party is just what you wanted. If you expect more children than your party includes, that is fine. There is just a $5 charge for any extra guest. You can just add that to the remaining balance owed at the time of the party. We do not require a guest amount before the party unless you are expecting to way exceed the party guest allowed.
Upon arrival~ You are welcome to come 15 min prior to your party time to set up. We have a gym full of fun toys so many do not feel the need to do much decorating but you are welcome to, We just ask for no confetti and that you clean up the decorations at the conclusion of your party. You are allowed to bring in your own food and drinks. Ice chests are welcome. We have picnic tables, as well as cake and present tables along with additional seating throughout the party area. Feel free to use whatever you need. For the inside space we ask for no shoes and prefer socks worn if playing on the inflatables. The outside space you will need shoes.
What to expect during the party~ The first part of the party we allow your guests to arrive and enjoy free play. Your party includes 2 games. Please keep in contact with your host when you would like to play those games. If you wish to play more than 2 please take care of your party host for the extra effort. . We encourage ALL to play! Yes, even the adults! Once your games are complete we will return to free play.. We will help monitor the children but do ask that adults help monitor as well to insure safety and the happiness of the guest. Our party attendants are hard working, pleasant, and fun. It is important they feel respected and appreciated for all their hard work. Our number one goal is FUN for all!!!! This is an environment made for the littlest and oldest to have an AMAZING time!! All should go PLAY!!!
Conclusion of the party ~ We ask that all food, candy or cake be done at the end of the party time. Most break for food and cake celebration 20 minutes before the conclusion of the party. Once you have left the main playing area to do the food celebration we ask no one re-enters the game room or inflatable area. This helps us keep everything clean and sanitized. We also ask that you please have all clean up and exciting be done within 15 minutes of the conclusion of your party. This allows us time to clean, sanitize and set up for the next event. We appreciate your efforts in making this happen. Our parties are easy peasy so it makes it easy to arrive and exit with your guest. Your final payment can be made at the beginning or end of your party. Please let us know how you plan on settling that payment before your party.
Your party host/ attendant~ Your celebration is important to us. We have an amazing staff that is there to make your day special. They have been trained and know the importance of your party being a success and soooo much fun! These high school, college and young adults still know how to have fun! They have been fully trained and will be there to help you the whole way. If you feel they have done an outstanding job feel free to add a tip and let them know. We love our staff to know they are appreciated.
